Say if i have, for example, a cooking website and several keywords i want to rank for are
    "cooking guide"
    "cooking tips"
    "cooking tricks"
"how to get better at cooking"
    "how to cook"
"how to become a good cook"

    You get the jist..

Do i individually (for each keyword) make an article with each keyword several times on the money site then blast links to 2.0's linking to the money site which also have the keyword in their articles several times.

Say if im ranking for "cooking tips" would i have to make several web 2.0s that have "cooking tips" articles then link them back to the money site with various anchor texts only 23% being keyword specific? and the rest being URL or general etc..

And would that also rank for "cooking tricks" due to LSI's

What im trying to ask broadly is how do you rank a certain phrase or keyword in terms of anchor text, keyword density and article relevancy?

    There are 2 ways.

1- You can create a 400-500 words of content for each keyword and make a subpage for each keyword.
2- Create 1 big article about 2-3K words and insert all these keywords in that article.

Both have diffrent advantages but if your keywords are as competitive as your example i would go with the second choise and build high quality links to that 1 big article.

If the keywords are not as competitive you can use the first method. It will work good because each keyword will have its own page and can be optimized for that keyword only.

Stuffing more and more keywords in an article is not a good practice for targeting any keywords. The best way to get your keywords on the higher positions are:
    1. Create a generic article of length 500 or more with full of information.
    2. Publish this article on high DA website and get back link on your money page where you have place the targeted keyword.
    3. Provide social media sought-out for this published post.
    4. Bookmark and share the published post urls on high quality websites.
    5. Send emails to the interested audiences.
    6. Participate of discussion and questions and try to get traffic on your money websites.

By doing these activities, it may possible that your keywords will rank higher.

    All the best :)

I would create a big 1000-2000w article that would contain all those keywords including LSI keywords and rank it. This strategy is more effective.
