Keyword place domain qeustion

Hello guys ,

I really need some advice hopefully someone can give me good solutions what to do best.

Let’s say website A is a company website (money website).

now I found a domain that literally is the category of website A + place from company A

so the domain is category-place.nl

what to do best with this new domain? There is some volume on this category place can this be the one I was looking for to outrank the competitors with the same category and place ?

what should I do with the domain? The stats are 0 pa da cf tf , should I place 1 big article with the website link google map and all related info from website A on it? Should I make it as a landing page?

I really don’t know and I hope someone will come with the best solution
