is there a difference in serps if i buy domain keyword.com or if i use a already registered domain from a different niche only with a subdomain target keyword like.... keyword.xyz.com


Example:

apple.com
greenhouse.apple.com
blackhouse.apple.com

can i now rank for greenhouse or blackhouse same good as with www.greenhouse,com ?
