Keyword not triggering for reason never seen before

Hi, I'm using the same method as always, but instead of "your ad is showing now", I always get this :

An ad isn’t showing now
  • This keyword is not triggering an ad because another keyword is identical to the search term (or its spell-correction).

I don't understand why. I only have 1 keyword by the way, that's why I don't know why this happens or how to resolve it. Any ideas please ?

IF you are getting impressions and clicks and your ad rank is good, then do not bother about that message.
 
Am also facing the same issue and no impression or clicks but I can others running the same keyword only my ad is not showing, please help me out
 
I'd agree with the brother.
Do not worry about the warning if you are receiving impression & clicks and your ad rank is good.

If I had impressions and clicks I wouldn't mind of course, but the ad is not showing sadly...
 
Still looking for a solution. Every day, for any kind of ad, I get this message, without any meaning. Sometimes I get the "Your ad group has a keyword that’s a better match for this search." when my ad group has only one freaking keyword.

That is a bug. If your bidding is fine and the ad (campaign) setup is fine and you are getting impressions and clicks, then just do not worry.
It is a bug or perhaps deliberately done by Google Ads in order to mislead newbies to add more keywords in their campaigns, so that Google (Ads) can suck more money out of them.

0 impressions ? In that case, there is an issue with your campaign setup and / or landing page. In other words, there is no or very less co-relevance between your keywords, ad headlines, ad descriptions and landing page. Ensure that ALL these are EXTREMELY co-relevant with eachother.
Knowing that ""Your ad group has a keyword that’s a better match", means that there is no account or ad review and ideally the ad must be live, but is not live due to what is explained right above.
And, if keywords, ad headlines, ad descriptions and landing page are are co-relevant to eachother and you still have this issue, then pause the campaign, relax for 2 to 3 hours and then unpause the campaign and then see how it performs in the next 24 hours after that.

I've tried also with multiple keyword, and the main error I'm having a problem with is still here. I don't understand how "keyword is identical to the search term" is possible.
Some say even with this message their ads run perfectly but for me not at all, 0 impressions, sometimes when I refresh it says "your ad is showing" for 2 secondes but it's not true, and it's back to this error right after.
I would literally pay for someone to fix that, I'm so frustrated atm.

same issue with my end... Ad approved but 0 impression... in some account I get 20/30 impression then it stop totally. Did you manage to find any solution?

Nope, still stuck with the same issue. The worse thing is, when I add random keywords, they run just fine, but the real keyword I want to run always has this message.
 
add me on telegram. To solve the problem, I can examine your account via remote desktop connection and solve your problem.
 
These days you need to take the messages you get on adwords with a pinch of salt. Mostly all rubbish, and most of the time its doing the opposite
