Keyword list ready. Struck a niche I think

So guys thanks to you I have prepared a keyword list on a very popular niche in which people are buying and I know that for sure.
There are 12 keywords short listed, they all have less than 80,000 results on google ( "keyword" ) and have "intitle:keyword" less than 1000. all get approximately 6000-6600 searches a month.
Do you guys think that I can rank well in this niche if I make some SEO efforts and buy a domain with my keywords in it???

I will use a wordpress blog and try to post content daily

I usually aim for less than 30k...

Do you know how many searches are undertaken with these keywords though? I mean it's not much use if you're only getting one a month!!
