hi guys im using keyword.io im getting a lot of keywords but im not getting the traffic numbers for youtube does that mean the numbers are being hidden or that it means that there is no traffic for the keyword im using the basic version not the lite version

that's a suggested keywords not the actual keywords people are searching

ok whats the best way to check traffic numbers for a keyword on youtube?

I am not sure that there is a way to estimate traffic from youtube.

You can get an overall idea of total monthly searches in G00gle with the Adwords keyword planner. That can give you an idea of the overall popularity.
