Keyword in want to hire section.

So..... it's obvious that this section is getting spammed to death.

To make sure that people offering their services even READ what the employer is asking....why don't we implement a rule where in a OP's post he must include some sort of code/keyword or etc.

So the one simply has to read entire post and can't just spam and he must provide the code/keyword in his post too to confirm that he read the post.

Lets work with this, I think we can polish this idea.

In the rules of both the HAF and WTB sections it's stated that those that are replying MUST make the reply useful for the OP. If they're getting lazy and just posting the same thing over and over, please hit the report button.
