Keyword in site title and/or post title?

Hi guys,

So I've been wondering about my keyword distribution and noticed in other web 2.0s and sites online I've seen people use keywords in the usual recommended place. A handful of times in the main content and in H2s.

However, I've seen people use the keyword in either the site title or in a post title. Not in both.

Should I be avoiding putting the keyword in the site title and in a post title?

Will that cause too much keyword density?

If so, is it better to use it in the site title or the post title?

anyone got an opinion?...
