Keyword in domain name and title?

So I'm currently setting up a new site and which targets several niches and keywords, but one question comes to my mind all the time: Is it bad to put part of the keyword in the title and in the domain name due to keyword stuffing and so on? For example if my domain is "training.com" and my post is about "Dog training: 10 ways to control your dog" and I want to rank for "dog training". Which alternative is the best:

a) training.com/dogs
b) training.com/dog-training
c) training.com/dog-training-10-ways-to-train-your-dog"

I included c) because I want to know if it is useful to let the whole title in the permalink or if I should just let the keyword in it.

Option C is the way to go if you are ranking long tail keywords, which I recommend you do first before trying to rank smaller (harder) keywords.

I recommend option D or E depending on your resources and niche competition, with option E being the "not-many-resources" one:

d) petbuddy.com/dog-training
e) petbuddy.com/dog-training-10-ways-to-train-your-dog

You should definitely consider going for a brand (in this example petbuddy.com). Uncle G loves brands.

Option C is optimal IMHO. It's not keyword stuffing if you include relevant info in title.. However, take care about keyword density on your site.. Write natural looking content, don't over-optimize it.
