You really should have posted this to the ' black hat seo ' and ' white hat seo ' areas, instead of the lounge.

As for your questions, you need to also read through the posts in the same two areas, as there are great posts in there that will get you on the right track for what you need to do.

There is no one, set in stone answer. Read the posts, learn the techniques and practice and USE them to see what works for you and doesn't, based on your specific research needs and marketing strategies.

That's what the forums are for, however, always ask specific questions when posting. General " I need help " type questions tend to get more of the hostile " do your own research " responses instead of solid answers.

Keep in mind most people do want to help, however, they don't want to train anyone but, share advice, tips and techniques that can be specifically utilized. Beyond that scope, it should be more up to you to learn on your own, however, asking is NEVER stupid...it is all about asking the right question to find the answer you seek.
