keyword help

so I have been looking and reading and watching and can not find my answer where do I put the key words in my word press blog to show up in google or does it at all show up in google

You put them in your blog posts and pages. Page and post titles also. Pick a keyword and write an article that includes that keyword with a 1-4% density.

thanks for that I have seen so many things about word press and to tell you the truth did not know much about it till a few days ago my next step is to find out is what all the tool for word press are that I keep seeing most of you have been very helpful and I would be just as lost as I was a week ago if it wasn't for you all
