Keyword help

Ok I'm still new to all this stuff so don't break my balls if this is a stupid question.

Some of the sites are pretty old which kinda puts me off alittle, but they all have pretty low backlinks to the actual URL. So is it work a shot or a dead end?

Also does the fact that they have alot of indexed pages matter or not?

Sorry to bump this but I really could do some with some help on this, it gets around 800 searches a day (according to MS) so it seems like a decent keyword if the site age isnt an issue.

What is the the 3rd column?

Total indexed pages for the site.
