Keyword generator left/before the main keyword

I'm looking for a keyword generator that generates keywords and uses the left, before (not after/right) and fills in the blank.

any tool that supports wildcards can find such keywords, but if I'm not wrong only google allows the use of wildcards, so even if you find such a tool you can only scrape keywords from google.

If you have the money buy Scrapebox, it will be well worth the investment if you can afford proxies, captach solvers, VPS, etc... SB is such a beast of a tool that can do everything that Ahrefs and Semrush can't, and more...
