What percentage of links should include relevant keywords in the anchor text?
From the recent stuff I've been able to find on this I've seen people saying 10-20%. Is this accurate?

30% EMQs, e.g.: "buy red apples here"
10% Partial Match, e.g.: "Want apples? Go red here!"
30% URL/Brand, e.g.: "www.bigred.com" *** Note this only applies if your URL/Brand is NOT an EMQ. If so, add 30% partial matches;
30% Generic (non EMQ or PMQ), e.g.: "food", or "get fruit info here", "click here", etc.

I use about 20% being an exact match, 40% being related keyword phrases, and 40% being the traditional url. I have had good success using this balance.

In an article the percentage should be 3%-8%.

I'd have around 20-30% too. I also have massive variety in all other aspects ? do-follow, nofollow, all kinds of links!
