Keyword Difficulty

Hey @Shaunm I am newbie and I don't know how to create a thread here but I know you are one of the right person to answer my doubt.I want to target an Adsense keyword with 80k monthly searches combined with long tails it's volume will be near to 2 lakh searches per month. The keyword difficulty will range between 40-55 in moz, serpstat, ahrefs and all. Can I target it and rank it by building a 20-40 page website and using web2s, social signals,GSA ser contexuals. And my other question is there any difference between keyword difficulties in Adsense and affiliate keywords like for example a product keyword with 40 difficulty level and an Adsense keyword with 40 difficulty level are same or Adsense keyword will be less easily ranked. Few websites are authority (from the Root Domain links). In my opinion this SERP is easy because there aren't a lot of links pointing to the inner pages.
So, you need to look at contents too, because they can use some "semantic rules" that can help them to rank.
