Keyword Difficulty ... Is it harder than I thought

I recently started a website that I considered to be a low/med competition for a local business ... it has been almost 3 weeks and I am not showing up in google for my main keyword ... been bouncing in bing ... I was just curious what yall use to evaluate competition strength. There seemed to be one strong SEO site and the rest seems pretty weak. My keyword is Denver Roofing. I am guessing I am just being too impatient and the keyword is a little bit more difficult that I expected.

If anyone feels like taking a look at the competition and letting me know what they think I would appreciate it.

To early to be worrying about ranking i think. You should probably edit your post and remove your keyword btw. Advice can be given without knowing your keywords

I don't know how you come to the conclusion that there is only one strong website. Just a simple Google search and there are pages of websites with keywords in the domain name or in the first line of text on the website, those two things alone give those websites an edge, it isn't just about back links
