Keyword Difficulty Checkers

Hello. i am looking for a main keyword for amazon associates website. and i am little confused, i found 3 free tools on net - 2 of them (i don't remember , they did not look solid) are saying it's easy to rank, and SemRush free version gives me percentage of 83%
which one can i trust? or can you tell me how to choose a keyword for complete noob like me? (easy to rank)

It's hard to say considering you can't give the names of the tools. There are a number of tools for checking competition though most are paid and have limitations. Market samurai might have a free version you could use. Also by doing a simple search on the search engines to see what is already ranking might help you.

If it's big brand sites, or YouTube videos, or small blogs etc. will tell you to a certain extent if it's going to be easy to rank. A competition tool will however help you see the backlink profile to give you a better idea.

I dont use semrush so not 100% on their metrics.

Ps don't just quit if you think it's too difficult. Ranking any keyword takes effort. Work smart with quality backlinks and you will get there.

I am using keyword revealer it give good estimate.

thanks. it gives me 37 - moderate. would i try to rank for that keyword?
and also 1 question.
what to do if i found some pretty cool long tail keywords, but i can't find the main , to make site about?
