Hi,
I'm new to SEO and am not exactly sure what "keyword density" means.
This is a picture of my blogs keyword density and keywords, could someone explain this to me?

Keyword density means how many times do you mention your keyword in your article.

I wouldn't worry about any of those words too much, It's the actual keyword phrase you are targeting that you should worry about. What platform are you using for your blog and what seo plugin?

Keyword density is one of the factor in SEO

KEYWORD DENSITY - number of times you have inserted in an article.

i was told use the main key only twice once on the title and another on the article it self ...

if you key stuff keywords your get penalty

key stuff keywords == duplicating keywords

Its how many times per 100 words of your article that your keyword appears.

You can use it more than twice. But don't overuse.

Keyword density = percentage or how many times your keyword/s appeared in your article or content. High keyword density would mean your article or content is stuffed with keywords. Not a good thing to do.

words appearing over and over again in an article would mean higher keyword density. you can avoid worrying about it if you use synonyms and alternate words

Number of times your keyword appeared in the article is known as keyword density. And it's not good if you stuff more keywords in an article...

It is better to keep keyword density on 2-4%. Google are very much aware on keyword stuffing. You may use lsi keywords for better rank.

Agree. Google just hate keyword stuffing. They hate it so much that your website could get blasted out of the rankings. If you don't improve your content and continue to stuff your website with the same keywords over and over again, you would never be able to rise up and forever remain at the bottom.

google rules and google know everthink you do or doing or writting or picturing
google does not tolerate diplications or keyword stuffing , googles loves mobile friedly seoed websites and article page optimazed correctly, it not hard at all , all you need is grate content but content postioned correctly , with html or xhtml .
infact google dont mind miss spelt words but not stuffed , to write a proper article firstly your need the main keyword then hanging fruit long tail keywords that are sub keywords of the main keyword you are working on.

your really need to learn , how to choose rich niche keywords and sub keywords with heigh traffick but low competition.

seo os very easy all you need to do is look at the top 10 of your competition and then see who website has the most then build your own 50% larger.

Keyword density = number of times you've used the keyword. Best of keep it within 1.5% - 2.5%
