What tools do you use to check keyword density?

If i check my keyword density with Seoquake i have 8,7% but SEOPressor shows only 1,47%. Which one should i believe?

Well basically, do i need to look keyword density of whole page to be between 1-4% (including title tag, description tags, meta keyword tag, alt tags, links on sidebar/footer) or only post (body) needs to be around 1-4% and page as whole can be more?
