Both. There is certainly nothing immoral about keyword stuffing. Plus I would say if you can hold a page for 1 year plus that is stuffed to fuck with the same keyword and ranks, I would say that is quite efficient.

For long articles I'd rather lower the keyword density a bit. Note that we're talking about a percental value.May be they calculated ratio for 3k or more words. J/K
