Are you saying that from a moral viewpoint or an efficiency viewpoint?
Both. There is certainly nothing immoral about keyword stuffing. Plus I would say if you can hold a page for 1 year plus that is stuffed to fuck with the same keyword and ranks, I would say that is quite efficient.

Even this is wrong, it should be 1 - 4%
uhm... The real concern here is search engines, not visitors.

For long articles I'd rather lower the keyword density a bit. Note that we're talking about a percental value.
