Keyword density secret

Hello All,

I had analyzed many web pages and most of those are in ranking for keywords which are not used in Content. Can anyone tell me how keyword density applicable here? How Google consider such pages for rankings?

If it’s not in their content then it’s either in hidden content and spammed in part of the site or it’s not on site SEO that is helping them rank. It may be links pointing to their site that are described with the right keywords.

Does the content still talk about similar concepts as the "keywords"?

If the content is completely off-topic, then that would be surprising that these sites are ranking.
