Hi All,

So I have a question regarding including keywords in content, how do you do it? for example lets say my keyword is "how to ride a bicycle and fly"

Do I need to keep repeating that entire phrase throughout the article? for example:

Hi guys in this video im going to teach you how to ride a bicycle and fly, you may be amazed at how this is possible but I assure you it is possible, it is a fact that I can teach you how to ride and bicycle and fly and I just wanted you to know that its possible to learn how to ride a bicycle and fly.

Obviously the above is just giving an example, I would space the phrase out a lot more, but is this how its done? just keep repeating the entire phrase throughout the article until you reach optimal density? Seems kinda spammy.

500 I sugest use same as tittle once

on a 1200 article use same as tittle twice

any think short just title will do

Ahh so in a 500 word article just stick the phrase in the content once? that is sufficient? should I include anything else relating to the keyword in the article e.g parts of the entire keyword?

If you're using Yoast, they have readability and seo scores. Don't take these as gospel, but use them as a guideline to start with.

Just write for your audience and forget about keyword density, it's an old concept. Google want articles that provide value to users - so give them what they want. Write your keywords when you feel like they need to be written and make it look natural

Yeah I kind of like Yoast, gives a good indication, but the keyword density seems far-fetched, I have to use the phrase 4-5 times to get a good score and it seems spammy as hell, but the readability I love.

Ahh I wasnt sure how much it impacted tbf, I thought keyword density was a high impact variable, Thanks for the info I'll keep this in mind.

No need of Keyword stuffing as you already said that might increase your spam score.

Try to keep 1.5% keyword density in a article. Yoast SEO plugin also helps to make the article SEO Optimized.
