Keyword Density on Different Tiers

Hey folks,

Quick question- I know keyword density on money sites is best between 1-2 % but what about on the articles in my tiers of links?

Does it increase as you move down the tiers? So, say tier 1: 2%, tier 2: 5%, tier 3: 10%?

Does it even matter?

I think the most important question right now is anchor text diversity. As long as you don't stuff keywords you should be okay.

In most cases i don't bother to optimize the tier article but if i do it keep it at
2 to 5%.

Thanks, I haven't been optimizing my tier articles either but didn't want to miss out on anything..

This is something I am thinking about right now. I'm trying to stay one step ahead of Google. I don't bother with keyword density anymore (in a sense), I make sure the article is very varied in all LSI keywords, anchors VERY varied. Just a theory right now but I am testing.
