Keyword Density in Majestic Vs. Ahrefs

For most of my pages, the keyword density in both majestic SEO and ahrefs is consistent. However --- I have one site that comes up with .55% exact match anchor density in majestic, and 6% in ahrefs. This is a huge difference!!!! Does anyone know who I should trust? I need to know if I should be reducing my anchors, or building them up. I'm thinking Ahrefs is probably more accurate because they seem to be a bit fresher..?
