I currently have a 5.6% keyword density for my desired keyword. Too high?

That's ok as most experts say to strive for between 2% - 6%

I always try to stay around 2-3%, haven't had any problems so far.

Personally, I don't like to go over 4.5% - Google will get the idea about your page without you needing to ramp up the density for your keyword.

I just wanted to ask which tool you use to check your KW density ?

Most tool I think shows density of the page only, is there a tool will show the KW density of the entire site ? So i can use it to auto link to CPA etc..

Basically Google prefers 4 to 5% of keyword density on a particular web-page.So try to make sure you use 4 to 5% in your website.
