Keyword Comp, IATT, Volume

Here is what Im wondering, I have a store I want to build one day.

I went on Wordtracker and it lists volume, IATT, Volume, and Comp.

First off what is a low competition score? What determines the competition?

Next, A lot of the keywords have no comp value and a 0 for IATT score. Just one main word has zero on well over 1k worth of keywords in both categories.

If the IATT is zero, does that mean if i post articles with links of the search term that I can rank on that term? Bc ill be the only one ranking for the term? Could I effectively dominate the first page by putting out multiple pages with that link?

A lot of business I think in my niches come from more so offline promotion tbh, and im pretty sure most of them dont do much SEO or marketing, im wondering if thats where I can capture a lot of business, as opposed to trying to compete in the other areas where they promote which is more competitive (though I will do that too)

Sorry I assumed it was a common term (and that I misspelt it) Bc the site uses it as a metric.
