Keyword bouncing

I have many keywords boucing like below


What is caused by? It started after one of google update, problaby April 2021. Earlier most of them were stable

I can't say what I'm about to write is 100% true, but I see this almost every day on some of my sites and clients.

It mostly happens with pages that aren't old enough that don't have a large number of backlinks yet.

I will add 2 pictures, in the first example with less search we have more bounce while in the second picture you have less bounce and a more "stable ranking" after indexing some of the backlinks in September, still, it bounces a lot but not as the other pages.

In any case, both sites are on a very small budget and of course, the result is unpredictable in such cases.

There are too many factors involved in the game for anyone to guarantee any results today, whoever says that is lying.

EDIT: I should add that, whoever reads this and has this kind of problem, results will come in time, you just have to wait for it of course if you do it the right way.

It literally can take 6 months to see any movement, if you are on a small budget or you do it on your own way without investing a single dollar, it's gonna take some time...

Yes it is true keyword ranking was very affected after Google April 2021 update. My keywords also gets affected after this update but what I have done is updated content and removed bad back links of my websites and again I gained ranking back.

There was unconfirmed big update from Google on 3rd and 4th October. No negative movement on these dates. However, today my keywords went down in a tech niche amazon site. In the last week or so I made 5 guest post links. The site was build on expired domain only hand written content from BHW provider and it is 4-5 months old.

Most of them started in April update

i understood moving for example top5->top20->top5

but not a top5->nowhere->(few days later)->top5->nowhere->(few days later)->

It is a common thing that happens to all new sites, it takes time to stabilize the rank of your article.

Site is 2-3 years old

These fluctuations usually happen when you have too little impressions. It could be due to less search volume or because the users don't go beyond first page.

This is due to the minimal user search on your site.

Whenever Google updates it's algorithm there is always a fluctuations in the keyword ranking and it is known as keyword bouncing, one can easily back their keyword ranking by doing some technical SEO changing meta information, content, heading, images etc. to get back keyword ranking.
