Keyword anchor text/junk anchor text density to beat penguin question

To get my site back on that top spot do i need to re-adjust the keyword to junk/random anchor text ratio on every single page on my site as a whole, or can i adjust the ratio for the homepage and thus get the home page ranking again?

Do what you think a natural link profile would look like.

I use generic/crap anchor texts to all my pages.

Just fill your backlink profile with LSI and a bit of generic stuff. 40% main keyword(s), 30% LSI, 30% random. That's what works for me.

Having a backlink profile with LSI and generic stuff surely does work. it works fine for me too. I generally use 50% main keywords, 30% LSI and 20% random.
