I have a huge list of keywords and am looking for a tool that can determine it's seach volumes and also if possible, adword CPC

Google Keyword Planner. Most f the Software will ask you to add google account thats means they will use google keyword planner to find data. So Google Keyword Planner is best & you dont hv to pay a single Penny.

However you can use MOZ, Market Sumurai & Long Tail Pro.

What is the problem in using adwords. I think that is the best tool. You dont need to buy any special tool for it.
