If it's not linked to app or market I don't think it's possible to get back unless you maybe backed up data to google or apple

If with market you’re referring to an exchange you should be able to log in with your mail/password, no keys or seed involved. If you had a hot/cold wallet which generated a 12/24 word key phrase and you lost access to both wallet AND seed then you’re pretty much screwed, sad to say.
