i mean... for example key's like tabaco, get status "under review" As it is possible to bypass a moderation?

i know the trick. But The thing is , It beats BOT only. Adwords human suspends it.

Being an account manager for over 100 clients in the last 7 years, I know of no way to promote such products. I simply don't advise it. Even if there is a trick that works now, sooner or later you'll be found out.

BTW, I never have seen a keyword under review. Ads can be under review, which is probably what you meant. Time is the only solution in that case, you have to wait until the review process is done.
