Would having people searching "main keyword" than going to website work still. been out of seo for a while. can run microworker for it

As far as I'm aware, CTR is still a deciding factor for rankings. I'd say you would want to ensure that they stay on the page a while and if possible click through to another page or two after. Obviously varying things up so it's not a detectable pattern.

yes, CTR with main or secondary kws surely boost your current rankings if rightly done. but i doubt with microworkers you can achieve the enough CTR process. can you brief what exactly you going to ask your mimcroworkers to do and how ?
