Keeping track of Link Exchanges?

Hey just wondering how do some of you guys who are actively exchanging links, keep track of link exchanges. Im looking for some software, because im keeping track via excel, but it would take a while for me to check to see if all my LE are linking back.

A PHP script that automatically run daily, weekly or monthly to check links wouldn't be that hard to program or buy/pay a freelancer.
