How do you keep the links of your money site on the very first page of your tier 1 (doesn't matter PBN or Web 2.0) and still keep adding new posts every now and then.
Depends on what you're using. Most CMS's have plugins you can use to order your posts or you can include them in static footers / headers. All going to depend on your site design & platform really.
