Keeping rules-stuff in one spot

I just now clicked in this section and realized this included some very important forum rules and info I really wish I would have found earlier! Particularly these threads:

The reason I didn't find it earlier is because it's in a section called "Forum Suggestions & Feedback". I didn't have suggestions or feedback this whole time (well, till now lol). I just HAPPENED to see this as I was searching for totally unrelated information.

And yes I did read the rules soon after signing up. Would just be really helpful if everything was all in one place under the proper label. Other than that, this place is AMAZING! Absolutely incredible. Thanks guys you do a fantastic job
