keeping my article on page one.

My ezine article is #2 on the first page for my keywords.
What do I need to do to keep it on the first page?
Sorry for the noob question. I have read so much that I cant remember how to promote the articles.
My article points to a squidoo lens that I plan to build a linkwheel around....but I wanna push the article as well!
Any help would be appreciated!

You need backlinks to the article. Set up a link wheel for the article in addition to one for your money page. Here's the link to the page on Lemonarian's blog that explains how to do this:


I would also search for do follow blogs, forums that have posts re: your topic. Set up your keyword user names (linking to your article) and make some useful, non spammy comments.
