Hi,
So i often see people who maybe pay like 10? for ads and just have to pay like 0.03? for every action and get 6000 Website clicks..
How do they do that? I can't find any tutorial sadly..
I pay like 0.3? for every action which is hella expensive.
Can someone help?

High supply = low demand. That formula works most of the time. You either get lots of clicks with low conversion or little clicks with high conversions. The cost of ads doesnt mean you are saving money on ads too.

India is an example for a region that can give you high likes clicks and followers but low conversion due to low buying intent.

If you want to get a super low CPC i suggest doing a post engagement. You can also do a "VIDEO VIEW" brand your video with your website url aswell. That is the way to get 1 cent cpc.

Concentrate on more audience. Because more audience could give more attention. If you got more traffic you don't worry about cost. Try to use auto optimize method. Then your cpc will never down.
