Keep track of coins

Hello,

Does anyone know a good tool to keep track of my altcoin investmests?

Would prefer a site with an app
Would prefer one that talks directly with exchanges (Binance, poloniex, kucoin)

Using altpocket now, but its a bit weird when i sell one coin to buy another.
