Anyone else in a similar situation?

Been on youtube 3-4 years, uploading videos almost daily. Videos have heavily increased in quality since the start.

The past year I started playing around with HR views. Naturally every vid get a few thousand views, so spending on a few thousand HR views helps videos rank and pass 10k views by end of week.

Channel got to the 1k+ subs per month in the last year or so but seems things are dipping in the last 2-3 months now. This and last month under 1k

This is annoying since the channel is way past 10k+ subs and there still hasn't been a point when views/subs have been climbing steadily or taken off. It almost seemed like it but now it's dipped.
Guessing it'll be like this for a while, maybe til channel hits 100k+ subs in a few years at this rate. . .

Anyone going or gone through the same thing?
Maybe there's a better way of using HR views to help.

Investing 4 years in something and still don't seeing any success should motivate you to quit that and do something else.

@foxkoneko how long your videos are in average? and what is the total retention rate average after using the HR views?

That would be true if I really started from the beginning wanting this to become huge. The 1st 3 years or so I was just doing this for fun but maybe it can become something bigger, quicker o_O

So in only the past few months you have been trying to make it big? Is that what you are saying?

are you using target hr views or just HR views in general? if so can you tell us when do you use the HR views? Do you wait until the organic views all come in after the first 12 hours and then you bump the HR views in? or do you just pump HR views from the beginning?

havent found place with targeted view yet. Played around with HR after and at start when video goes live. HR at start seems to bring in more organic views (subs see popular view = more likely to click) but no ad revenue if you do this

I see and I assume the no ad revenue is so you don't get the account suspended right?

Are you targeting a specific tight niche group of people? or is it just something general like gaming?

I have channels where 50%+ of the views come from sources outside of YouTube that drive little to no subscribers each video. If your typical viewer finds your video through a search engine or just watches it on some website where it has been embedded very rarely will they ever subscribe.

Something needs tweaking. Learn from your analytics

I want to bump this thread because I feel like this needs to be addressed more with more input by everyone,
Some those ppl can't just be lucky, i know there is some type of blackhatmethod involved, maybe they know the right number of HR views to buy for their videos to get it started? I don't know we would have to test it out.

I honestly feel the best way to get a channel going right now on youtube is with HR views.

Nah it always and will always be the content you provide users. There are tons of tips you can say to get a popular account just give the "customer" what they want views has bugger all to do with it at the start these days.

There's plenty of content out there that is really good people just cant find it because they are too small of a channel. That's why if you give it a little boost it helps out a lot.

How much of a boost are we talking about? like 2-5k or 5-10k from the beginning?

yeah i would say 1k-5k. If you go over that it would be weird with 6k-10k views but no comments or likes. with 1k-5k views you could have mutiple account and just leave comments and likes. Wouldn't look as weird.
