Make sure you follow next steps before sending traffic:
1. Split your traffic to the numerous CPA networks, the ones that never got paid to you especially.
2. Get reviews at forums/affpaying to make sure they up-to-date and paying before the start.
There are bunch of CPA companies that are reputable at 1 moment, they don't pay tomorrow.

There are also few companies who pay you every single cent. You need to trust them and grab the opportunity.
Don`t believe in reviews on Affpaying!
Maxbounty will pay you weekly with 100$ min.thereshold...but that is funny
when I see a network which pay weekly(no min. thereshold) and I never heard about
that network...
Also that network just advertise themself on forum where I am a mod...hmm

Kaleido Affiliates is a very reliable network started by founders of kaleidomedia.com which is in business since 2006 and has very good reputation
They are new in CPA thats why they are paying with no minimum to Expand
You can contact them in person and ask for industry referrals also. They pay every single cent.
