I have a video server set up, with XFileSharing Pro (a video software). It uses JW Player 5 (Pro) and a video mod to display videos. The problem I'm having, is that it won't display thumbnails for the videos.

I'm guessing it's something to do with my server, and I need it fixed. Preferably today. Hopefully it shouldn't take very long. Maybe an hour or less if you know what you're doing.
