Please am new to affiliate marketing (JVZOO) I need someone to please kindly teach me how to promote my affiliate link on YouTube or anywhere I can promote my affiliate link.

It ain't that easy buddy, you need to come up with creative Advertisement in order to make profit out of it, it's not just posting link.

Yes, you can promote anything on Youtube ads as an affiliate.
Just be careful to not violating their rules.

Youtube ads are less restrictive than Facebook ads, it means you can say basically anything on your ad,
but don't be boldness on your claims. What this means? Don't make promises, just suggest it.

If you have a new Google ads account, I'd suggest you to create a simple landing page and keep them on your funnel inside some email automation. As time goes, you'll be able to redirect with a bridge page.

Also, I strongly recommend you use a targeting optimization tool, cause it will give you the most precise videos to place your offer in front of.
