Jvzoo and Clickbank alternatives

I'm about to launch a digital product. I already have a few affiliates and I'll get more of them soon.

I'm looking for alternative to Jvzoo and Clickbank. CB is out of the question because my main affiliate says it's associated with all kinds of scam. It's a big ass affiliate that can bring me a lot of sales and I won't argue with him.

Jvzoo is out of the question for me right now because I need to connect my Paypal account to it and bureaucracy required from my government will kill me - don't ask.

I need an alternative platform that will process the payments, keep the money, pay the commission to affiliates and when I ask for a payment from sales after a few months, I'll get it in one piece (doesn't matter if it's via wire, Paypal, or checks).
