[JV] Your clients, My Web Development Agency

I am looking for someone who can bring in clients for my web development agency.

My responsibilities:
- Provide full stack web development services that covers all sorts of sites ranging from personal blogs to complex web apps.
- Help closing deals with potential clients by walking them through the process and showing samples / demos etc. as required.

Your responsibilities:
- Bring in clients that are looking to either launch a new website or revamp their existing website. You can use any channel like mass mailing, social media, online / offline ads or refer people you know.

Profit sharing:
We will agree on a fixed %age of the total project fees that will be paid to you for each client that you bring in. This will be a rev sharing arrangement which means that you will receive the same share for all subsequent projects with the client that you brought in.

Payment schedule:
Just like any other client, the clients that you bring in will pay the project fees in batches after completion of milestones that has been agreed at the time of project initiation. Your share will be sent to you as soon as the first milestone payment is released. The first milestone payment would usually be an advance payment that is taken before the project is initiated but this might vary depending on the client.

All partners in a venture take full responsibility for the service and for each other's actions in respect to that service.
