I am want to share 50% earnings in this jv. If upon agreement if you and i decided to sell the website even if i will share 50% sold price with you. If you are not interested in selling i will not.

AT first month when we have little to no content it will not be much but from second month tbh i am hope it will reach 5$a month mark then we can flip the site for 20X monthly earnings if we want to.

how about other niche? like movie streaming site. I got year old movie streaming site, never been seo yet but the site is already optimize with onpage seo.

most of them people are lazy and they dont want to do hardwork by writing unique articles that is why i am unable to find one or many consider this jv not worth due to less expected earning.
 
Please provide me with additional information about the project, because the details given are rather vague
