JV with someone who has a offshore dedicated server

Ok, in the process of finishing a program, gear towards SSM need to test the idea, of course u will benefit from the program. Things I need in a nutshell is root access, to install the program of course..privacy is important, be able to work as a team, that's pretty much it.

What kind of server requirements do you need? Windows/Apache/Mac...etc, server resource needed.
