JV with Real Time News Site

I have been running a real time news site since late 2007 with a small team, the team folded at the start of 2010 (all for personal reasons)

Now I am in the position that I need both financial and resource support

The site is very much on the up and up and has just been approved for GNS indexing - in April traffic was 49K + Visitors with over 1 million page views

I want with the help and support of JV partner to continue developing the site for another approx 18 months then sell out to a news media international company (1,xxx,xxx USD Minimum expected)
