(JV) Websites, longterm -$5,000+ Monthly

I have a company that does free-website design. I can generate sales like mad, I seem to have a talent for it.

The only trouble I have is that I'm not very good at outsourcing the work. I need someone to take care of the work for me, whilst I generate massive sales.
I have my own hosting company and I charge $11 USD each month.

This is basically how it will work:
1. I make a sale, get them set up with a domain, and subscribe them to hosting.
2. I point the client to you and you set him up with a designer.
3. Every month I get $11 USD from the client.
4. $1 of this is taken with PayPal fees.
5. So that is $5 for both of us, every month.




Security

The unique thing about this partnership is the tremendous security in it. You KNOW how many sites you have outsourced so you KNOW how much you have a right to each month. So there is no possible way for me to bullshit you out of what you rightfully deserve.

This is a LONGTERM partnership, the way I sale the service will keep them on the hosting for years, so except to be good friends with me. We will probably talk a lot on ways to upscale this so you need to be fluent in English.

The figure stated in the topic $5,000 is not unrealistic at all, in fact that's a MINIMUM. I can get one thousand people without too much difficulty and that's $5,000 a month each. However, I can scale that up like crazy so except more eventually.

What You Need To Be Able To Do

1. Outsource this in a timely fashion to where the customer is satisfied.
2. Outsource this cheaply.
3. Be available when I need to send you a client!
4. Speak English fluently

I realize that outsourcing is going to cost you. However, you can see that servers cost me money as well. Also their domain names, setup, and of course advertising. However, if you need a little more for outsourcing we can negotiate.

Like I say this is a very longterm partnership, if you're not intrested in that then don't PM me.

I know that this is hypocritical of me as I'm not that reputable on this forum, however, please be a JR.VIP or someone with a good rep. Again please forgive the hypocrisy.

I have everything set up and already have people on my hosting as well as an easy way to generate sales. I just need a partner. If you're interested please PM me.

Alot of people have PMed me about doing it themselves. The only problem would be that I think that you would be overwhelmed by the amount of sales that I can generate.

They would be straight up templates, they don't even have to be very good. I'm not actually telling the clients that they are templates, but it doesn't matter. They would supply the content yes.

sory for that

then I'm down like james brown. How do i throw my name in the hat? I can bring in more employees as needed but may need to negotiate things a bit obviously because each new designer on payroll is a set salary per month.

No, outsourcing means to pay someone to do something you don't feel like/don't want to do. This way you can concentrate on money, rather than do grunt work.

my last experience i deal with 3 designer and all of them are charging me high price with saying their design are good but nonsense..

If you think about seo or promote it maybe i can do it.

contact me. I have a guy I used who has designed landing pages for me and is currently working on a custome wordpress templater for me. Coding it from the ground up. He is really really good. PM me and we can start this asap.

The only problem I see is if clients are not happy with the website, ask for changes and expect a pro looking site for free.

This sounds cool , I am great at outsourcing although I am not really a jr.vip..... oh well. PM me if i qualify anyway.
