The default vbulletin settings are: 1 PM with max 5 recipient, each 60 seconds. It means with a fast connection: 5X60X24 = 7200 users / per forum / per day

If you spam 10 forums = 72.000 users / per day ... not so bad !

- You have to register manualy to the forum, and in your profile, you have to activate the "basic editor"
- URL of the forum
- Username/password
- Userid min & max
- Max MP stored
- Max recipient
- Mix time between 2 PM
- Banned profil: title of the profile to exclude (to avoid to send PM to admin, mods...)
- Title of the PM
- PM
- Debug mode in Internet explorer

I worked with one member of BHW, and I have improved this tool.
I can prove it, as you can see in this attached file, the menu & functionalities have been changed.
