[JV] - Starting a new european affiliate network

I'm in the process of starting a new niche related affiliate network. Im already in contact with manufacturers, shops and influencers. Got overwhelming positive replies so far. It's a respectable niche with evergrowing online sales.

It is a pity that I couldn't make it to the Ungagged Convention to get in contact with real professionals but I'm kind of oldschool, family first!

I'm looking for one or two trustworthy entrepreneurs who are interested in making money in the long run. This definately isn't some kind of churn and burn project. We have to invest work and time into this but imho this project is totally worth it.

Im planning to use a professional script and I'm about to choose whether it is running in the cloud or on a managed server. I already got the domains, registered a trademark. Right now im locally raising funds in my country to get backed up.

Things that you should be capable of and where I could need your help:

• Coding & Customizing (PHP, MySQL, ASP, JS, App programming)
• Design (Corporate Identity, Banners, Motion Graphics)
• All things related to european laws and privacy standards

I'm not sure what to expect from this thread but there is so much gooing on in my life - I just can't handle everything on my own anymore. Thats why I seek some advice, experience and power!

These partners through the JV, will be just that going forward, ie partners for the life of the project?

Also if you choose to sell this business, they get the split of this too?
